AtomicBambi (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Sweet%20Cyanide/64/145/29/), best known for adorable floral hair accessories, launched the first of hopefully many skin releases this past week. It is called Lana and it offers a range of options. Creator AtomicSparkle Skytower offers 5 different makeup sets and freckle and no freckle options for both the plain and glossy lipstick options. I love the freckles. I think they look very realistic and they actually appear on the body even in the version without freckles on the face, but in a very natural way.

My preference on the lips is actually the matte or plain version most of the time, but I seem to be in the minority, because most of the oooos and ahhhhs I got were when wearing the glossy lips regardless of the freckles, but i will let you decide with these two closeups of the Olive Makeup, be sure to click on the pictures in this article to get to the larger up close views of the pictures.

I think my preference for the matte finish lips comes from my real life hang-ups and preferences for lip makeup. And as for lip makeup there isn’t a lip makeup or eye makeup in the bunch that I wouldn’t wear. The only things I would like to see in future releases is 1) I would like to see every lipstick option with every eye makeup option and 2) I would like to see a hair base option. This latter one is particularly difficult and time consuming. So it is understandable that AtomicSparkle Skytower chose to leave it out of her first offering. Hopefully she will venture into this option in future releases.
I want to give you the option to admire all the makeup and freckle options so I am going to post 5 composites of her 5 makeup choices (Pure, Allure, Frost, Olive, & Siren). Clicking on any of them will take you to a larger version you can scrutinize in much better detail.

Soft, delicate, and feminine are the words that come to mind with this makeup combination. A light touch of pink to the eyeshadow, vixenish lining and pale, dusty, pink lips epitomize the fresh look contained in this makeup line.

This makeup combo is perfect for a seductive look for either day or night. Natural lips and dark smokey eyes are the best way to describe it. If you can only afford to have one skin this will work with anything.

This is the one make up in the group that I am actually partial to the glossy lips over the plain. Mainly because it completely goes with the theme of the makeup. This makeup will be perfect not only for the frosty winter months but on into spring as the lighter colors and makeups start to blossom.

Olive is the natural fall make up you can wear with all your fall favorites from dressed up to dressed down. It has definitely colored lips without being too bright. The eyes have sultry, subtle, fall colors that add a hint of mystery to your eyes.

The RED lips in the siren set is particularly worth noting. Both the Matte and glossy rival the most famous of this category, Lelutka. And the choice of eye makeup paired with this lipstick is perfect for versatility. If you were only going to have one eye makeup with a true red lipstick, this is the one to have.
